This house underwent extensive planning. It is a design/build remodeling project. The job entailed a new 4 car garage with a 24 x 26 sun room above it. A 2nd story deck, A new roof, new siding, & the existing house had extensive footing work done to it. The old 2 car garage was demolished along with an old green house.
